I call my body of work Sensual Shadow-work — a body-of-work that emerged five years ago and continues to deepen through my own unfolding and the journeys of those I work with. I draw from a diverse range of trauma-informed modalities and certifications that bridge Body, Mind, and Spirit — including Somatics, Mindfulness, Energy Work, Bodywork, and other techniques, trainings, and education.

While I do not work directly with active trauma, I am trained to gently touch upon traumatic themes and navigate them safely, through a deep understanding of how to cultivate grounding and stability in a person’s Nervous System and Energy field.

My work invites you to reconnect with your FULLNESS — deepening your awareness and experiencing more of your energy across the five bodies: physical, emotional, mental, soul, and spirit. Clients experience more joy, greater ease in life’s challenges, deeper sensual and sexual pleasure, stronger connection with others, and a reduction — or even disappearance — of physical, mental, and emotional challenges and pain.

Most of the people I work with have been on this journey for some time, and many work in this field themselves — as Healers, Bodyworkers, Psychologists, Nurses, Doctors, Physiotherapists, or are on the path to doing so. They come to strengthen their ability to hold space with even greater integrity and presence, and to expand their knowledge and tools. As part of this process, I support clients in gaining clarity around their own practice and purpose. I also guide beginners, with the understanding that it requires patience and a commitment to the long-term journey — this is not a quick fix, and the focus is on real transformation and healing of your nervous system rather than novel or intense experiences.

Together, we transmute shadows, awaken your gifts, and — hopefully — fall deeply in love with yourself.

My background combines Western academic studies in Engineering, Social Anthropology, and Social Economy with alternative and esoteric-inspired studies in Somatics, Sexology, Mindfulness, Energy Work, and Bodywork. This allows me to approach the work holistically, integrating Eastern and Western, feminine and masculine, traditional and esoteric perspectives.

I combine these learned tools and acquired wisdom with my Energy Intuitive and Psychic abilities: I feel what the body and energy want to express, see auras, symbols, and images from childhood, past lives, and archetypes, and sense patterns and their solutions. This insight helps untangle energetic blocks, restore sensuality, transform shadows into intuitive gifts, and (re)activate your Kundalini (life-force energy) and sense of Self.

When you are ready to go to the core of your shadows, pain & hurt - to truly face and transmute them: so you can increasingly radiate in your authentic unique FULLNESS

This is trauma-informed facilitation, meaning we work at the edges of your comfort zone so you expand your capacity. But not past what you are ready for, because that will destabilize even potentially (re)traumatize.

So there is never a goal of intensity, and always the intention of supporting your Energy and nervous system into sustainable lasting growth and transmutation. A Session can include huge releases - and it can be soft relaxation - and everything in between.

Sometimes the biggest releases comes as a gentle wind: and you are in a blissful parasympathetic restorative state for hours afterwards. Other times the big releases comes with strong visions or physical releases through vomit, sound, tremor release, ecstatic kundalini activations - and etc. And everything in between. The important part is not how it looks and feels in the moment: but how you can sustain and continue to let this nurture your Human-Soul connection afterwards?

You fill out an extensive intake form before we start the Sessions work: to give safety, and for both of us to be prepared. This also gives a direction for the Session as the questions support the Energy flow of the Session. Some come with open curiosity and no predetermined intention, others come with a very clear challenge or an area to explore//expand.

The majority of my clients work in this field themselves in some kind of capacity: Healers, bodyworkers, Psychologist, Nurses, Doctors, Physiotherapists etc. -Or they are meant to do so but not gotten there yet. As part of my work, I support you with becoming clearer with your own work & purpose.

Most of the people I work with have been on this journey for a longer time. If you find yourself here and are very new to all this: I have worked with those just at the start of their awakening too. It is then often best to combine doing the online course The Core and/or several Sessions. You can of course start with one Session to get an understanding of what this is.

ONLINE VS IN-PERSON:

I do understand those that are averse towards online sessions - as I to have that myself. And I certainly have gotten over this, both in terms of receiving sessions as a client and as someone giving them. There are tools & ways of working I consider work best online- or even that I only do online. And then there are other kinds of tools and ways of working that is best, or I only do, in-person. Then there are large parts of my work that works just as well both ways.
