But it also means starting gentle and actually building a foundation - something many miss in the beginning of their journey, and thus never reach a truly healed place.}

Yes. Marte travels several times a year and is open to being invited to your area - to hold Sessions or a workshop, or to be part of your festival or event.

The Session work requires a suitable space, approved by Marte.

If you would like to bring the work to your area, reach out and we can explore the options together. Travel expenses, accommodation and other costs will usually apply, and all details are confirmed before anything is booked.

Payment is due at the time of booking. You can pay via: Wise, Revolut, PayPal, credit card, bank transfer, or Vipps (in Norway). Marte can also provide an invoice for your personal records or company accounting.

Most feel resistance before coming to a Session. And that resistance is a sign; it means a shadow - something that holds you back - is about to be faced. The strong policy means I support you in meeting this - instead of having the ego resistance win.

In general a booking is a booking - meaning only in exceptional circumstances do I accept cancellation or changes.

It's understandable to be averse towards online Sessions - Marte carried that aversion herself. Experience changed her mind completely; both in terms of receiving Sessions as a client, and as someone giving them.

There are tools & ways of working she considers work best online - or even that she only does online. And then there are other kinds of tools and ways of working that are best, or that she only does, in-person. Then there are large parts of her work that work just as well both ways.

Sensual Shadow-work emerged through Marte five years ago, and it is a body-of-work that continues to deepen through her own unfolding and the journeys of those she works with.

This is her creation, and is grounded in a holistic range of trauma-informed modalities and certifications that unite Body, Mind, Soul and Spirit.

It includes Somatics, Mindfulness, Energy Work, Bodywork and a wide variety of other techniques, trainings and educations.

Marte always wears regular clothes, and it is up to you how much or little you wear - from fully clothed to down to underwear

For those who are used to receiving bodywork naked; being naked is possible - but usually not in the first Session

Marte is an educated Somatic Sexologist, so sexual energy and its expansion are part of what she works with professionally.

What is NOT offered is:

• Sex or any sexual engagement with clients
• "Tantric massage" or giving you "happy endings"
• Dates or private meetups outside the work

Part of the work is bodywork that releases and relaxes the body into Parasympathetic states - and this might feel highly sensual, and might at times activate sexual energy in your body. If so, that is something that is welcomed and natural.

As part of sensual and sexual expansion, Self Pleasure is part of this work - a tool to expand your capacity and reconnect with your own sexuality. Please note that there is a difference between receiving guidance in how to expand this within your own body - and thinking of this as a sexual experience with her.

If you do not understand the distinction, then this work is most likely not for you.

Online Sessions range from 60 minutes to 3 hours. In-person Sessions range from 75 minutes to 5 full days - see the Retreat options for the longer immersions.

Marte mainly works with people over time - and honestly, this is where the authentic and lasting transformation happens. Choosing several Sessions is also the most economic option; the best value for what you invest - and giving you deeper expansion.

You choose a single Session if you want to sense the approach before stepping into a longer process together. It can also be supportive if you are working with another practitioner - or just wanting insight on a specific theme.

Online Sessions are held via video call, wherever you are in the world.

Marte occasionally holds Sessions in other cities - and you can also cover her travel to bring the work to your area.

Yes. Everything you share with Marte is treated as strictly confidential.

Give yourself space and rest after the Session, as integration is a fundamental element in allowing your energy and nervous system to adjust and be able to hold the shift.

Because the work does not end when the Session ends - in fact it continues moving in your body and energy in the days, weeks and months after.

How a person feels after a Session is different for each person, and from Session to Session. This is how it is to move through shadows. Some experience intense emotions and realisations surfacing. Some experience deep rest and softness. Some experience sudden clarity and a newfound ability to implement straight away. Most will experience a mix of all this, and more.

A check-in is always part of a Session. You will also usually receive notes and reflections, along with practices and other suggestions to implement.

To work together over time is recommended - as this gives safety, expansion and a more lasting and true transformation. A package of Sessions is also the most cost-effective. And those who want to go truly deep choose the Mentorship or a Retreat.

First you book a Session. Expect things to already move. This is real - you have stepped over the threshold; but this is only the beginning.

Go check your email. Here you will find the confirmation page and a link to the intake form. It is important you fill this out, as Marte does not do Sessions without it. If it is not in your inbox, check your spam filter. In the email(s) you will also find where the Session is held - a Zoom link if online, and the address if it is in person.

Filling out the intake form ignites and reveals. This is entering further through the Portal. It is there to give more safety and open the flow of Energy. Some come with open curiosity and no predetermined intention - others come with a very clear challenge or an area to explore & expand.

Note that resistance is part of the process. It is common to feel nervous before a Session - even to want to cancel. This is usually a sign that a huge shadow is about to be moved. We have only just started - so don't chicken out now.

Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes before the Session starts.

A few days after the Session, Marte checks in with you. And what happens next depends on what you have chosen. If this was a single Session, it is up to you to book another. If this is the beginning of a longer process together, we stay connected through Telegram or WhatsApp, where you continue to receive ongoing support and guidance in between Sessions.
