In my body-of-work "Sensual Shadow-work" we combine the Feminine Mystery (surrender) with Masculine principles of direction and structure. The intention is to create inner Union: as I believe inside all of us, we find these seemingly opposing forces that create frustration, pain & blocks. Of having inner conflict - even being at war with parts of ourselves, and that this is unnecessary.
Through developing understanding of all divine aspects we have within- from inner child to killer; and everything in between - they start to more and more work together. Through this our Sensuality in both our being and in our transformation gets stronger and stronger.
And to make it clear: it is not about fixing you. Neither suppressing or fixing any part or aspect of you. It is a matter of finding how any and every aspect get to work for you

My background includes western academical educations in Engineering, Social Anthropology and Social Economy, together with alternative and esoteric inspired educations in Somatics, Sexology, Mindfulness/mindset, Energy Work & Bodywork. Therefore, my understanding is not only built on Eastern or Western, feminine or masculine, traditional or esoteric - it is a holistic approach that embraces totality//Oneness.
I combine these learned tools and acquired wisdom with my Energy Intuitive and Psychic abilities: I feel what the body & your Energy wants to say. I see auras, symbols, and images from childhood, past lives & archetypes. I feel patterns and their solutions; of how to untangle the pain & energetic blocks to restore your Sensuality. I sense your shadows, and see how to transform them into your intuitive Gifts and (re)activate your Kundalini (lifeforce energy) and sense of Self
When you are ready to go to the core of your shadows, pain & hurt - to truly face and transmute them: so you can increasingly radiate in your authentic unique FULLNESS
This is trauma-informed facilitation, meaning we work at the edges of your comfort zone so you expand your capacity. But not past what you are ready for, because that will destabilize even potentially (re)traumatize.
So there is never a goal of intensity, and always the intention of supporting your Energy and nervous system into sustainable lasting growth and transmutation. A Session can include huge releases - and it can be soft relaxation - and everything in between.
Sometimes the biggest releases comes as a gentle wind: and you are in a blissful parasympathetic restorative state for hours afterwards. Other times the big releases comes with strong visions or physical releases through vomit, sound, tremor release, ecstatic kundalini activations - and etc. And everything in between. The important part is not how it looks and feels in the moment: but how you can sustain and continue to let this nurture your Human-Soul connection afterwards?
You fill out an extensive intake form before we start the Sessions work: to give safety, and for both of us to be prepared. This also gives a direction for the Session as the questions support the Energy flow of the Session. Some come with open curiosity and no predetermined intention, others come with a very clear challenge or an area to explore//expand.
Expansion gets to be about joy, pleasure& connection too
The majority of my clients work in this field themselves in some kind of capacity: Healers, bodyworkers, Psychologist, Nurses, Doctors, Physiotherapists etc. -Or they are meant to do so but not gotten there yet. As part of my work, I support you with becoming clearer with your own work & purpose.
Most of the people I work with have been on this journey for a longer time. If you find yourself here and are very new to all this: I have worked with those just at the start of their awakening too. It is then often best to combine doing the online course The Core and/or several Sessions. You can of course start with one Session to get an understanding of what this is.
I offer individual Sessions. AND due to the nature of my work of addressing the deep subconscious, I prefer to work together over several Sessions or for a longer period. This is because of safety & trust: something that is built over time, as well as the more I get to know you, the more patterns I see. And the safer you feel, the more you lean in with trust- with opening up more & more your energy field so we can work increasingly deeper -and also more "effective": meaning something we might need 2.5 hours for in the first Session, we can do in 45 minutes after a few Sessions. (You find different options further down)

ONLINE VS IN-PERSON:
I do understand those that are averse towards online sessions - as I to have that myself. And I certainly have gotten over this, both in terms of receiving sessions as a client and as someone giving them. There are tools & ways of working I consider work best online- or even that I only do online. And then there are other kinds of tools and ways of working that is best, or I only do, in-person. Then there are large parts of my work that works just as well both ways.

Full Day Reset:

Each Session is 2.5 hours in the duration of 2 months. You choose if they all are in-person, or if you want some of them to be online.
