Sensual Shadow-work:
You will receive video transmissions , self exercises and guidance that will support to unveil, face and heal parts of yourself that have been hidden or rejected, as well as parts of you that have been stuck in reactivity and sabotage.
Included are Emotional release tools and Energy work to support building stronger resilience and break through stubborn patterns.
Authentic Sexuality and Power:
reconnect with deeper layers of your sensual body and sexual desires, and learn to embody this as a source for empowerment, pleasure and expansion
Included, are self pleasure practices to help you cultivate pleasure in every area of your life.
You also get nervous system reset tools, as in order to be able to feel more, your body needs to be able to relax more (presence).
Archetypal Mapping:
One of the tools we use in this course, as a way of understanding more of your inner dynamic (and therefore also external dynamics) is the Archetypal map.
Through better understanding the polarity attraction between light and dark, masculine and feminine that is found in these collective & transpersonal energies, you get to reclaim your personal power
This course is about embracing the fullness of your Human experience
So we will work on all levels:
Mental // Mindset Healing - when your mind gets to understand, it will not only quit sabotaging and being critical, and will start to support the process. This also opens up for more direct connection to your consciousness and to Source
Emotional // Somatic Healing - being with the unprocessed wounds & blocks you carry, so these Energy blocks get released. This is an important part of reclaiming your power and to develop true emotional intelligence. You receive self activations to implement into your own life & guidance in release tools
Physical - we do Nervous system reset tools to support your physical body in building more resilience and to allow for more deep rest/integration. We also do Energy work to support the Emotional and Mental healing, and I see this as physical too as this is working directly with your body on a cellular level
Soul - with this work, you reclaim connection to Soul fragments that has been denied and suppressed. Because your sensuality is how you feel your Human-Soul connection.
Spirit - connection to the Source//The Universe will naturally flow easier and better when you have done the other 4 aspects. I also put the collective energy of the Archetypes into this level.

Marte is a certified trauma-informed Somatic Therapist, Sexologist, Mindset Healer, Energy Worker, Breath-Work Facilitator and Psychic. She is also certified Quantum Human Design specialist and Gene Keys guide
