This course is a deep transformative Sensual Shadow-work journey for Men that wants to own more of their fullness with Heart centered Integrity
Reconnect with deeper layers of Your Authentic Sexuality and Power: learn to embody more of your sensual and sexual power. Included, are self pleasure practices to help you cultivate pleasure in every area of your life. You also get nervous system reset tools, as in order to be able to feel more, your body needs to be able to relax more (presence).
Sensual Shadow-work: You will receive video transmissions , self exercises and guidance that will support to unveil, face and heal parts of yourself that have been hidden or rejected, as well as parts of you that have been stuck in reactivity and sabotage. Included are Emotional release tools and Energy work to support building stronger resilience and break through stubborn patterns.
Archetypal Mapping: One of the tools we use in this course, as a way of understanding more of your inner dynamic (and therefore also external dynamics) is the Archetypal map. Through better understanding the polarity attraction between light and dark, masculine and feminine that is found in these collective & transpersonal energies, you get to reclaim your personal power
This course is about embracing the fullness of your Human experience. So we will work on all levels:
Mental // Mindset Healing - when your mind gets to understand, it will not only quit sabotaging and being critical, and will start to support the process. This also opens up for more direct connection to your consciousness and to Source
Emotional // Somatic Healing - being with the unprocessed wounds & blocks you carry, so these Energy blocks get released. This is an important part of reclaiming your power and to develop true emotional intelligence. You receive self activations to implement into your own life & guidance in release tools
Physical - we do Nervous system reset tools to support your physical body in building more resilience and to allow for more deep rest/integration. We also do Energy work to support the Emotional and Mental healing, and I see this as physical too as this is working directly with your body on a cellular level
Soul - with this work, you reclaim connection to Soul fragments that has been denied and suppressed. Because your sensuality is how you feel your Human-Soul connection.
Spirit - connection to the Source//The Universe will naturally flow easier and better when you have done the other 4 aspects. I also put the collective energy of the Archetypes into this level.

In this daring to be vulnerable and brave with what you want & need —whether those desires are sexual or not.
It’s about recognizing that your needs and wants don’t need to conform to anyone else’s standards of what’s “appropriate,” “acceptable,” or “normal.”
It’s about letting go of the idea that there’s something wrong with you for having desires -or lack of them - that doesn’t fit into socially prescribed boxes & labels, and rather finding out:

Meet your guide for this journey: Marte Relling Uri
Marte is a certified trauma-informed Somatic Therapist, Sexologist, Mindset Healer, Energy Worker, Breath-Work Facilitator and Psychic. She has lead hundreds of people through deep transformations, and has an unique ability to hold both softness and fierceness at the same time.
Marte is also a co being certified in Human Design Quantum Human Design level 3 (soon 4) and Gene Keys, and she often weaves this knowledge into her guidance (for those that wants to)
She is 45 years old (she thinks of it as level 45), and in addition to her work that she is so passionate about- she is also a dedicated solo-mom to a young Woman of 12 years and a Cat called Mewo.
Marte is committed to integrity and the continued journey of softening//surrender. Her specialty is to support people in recalibrating and aligning with their True Essence and to find more liberation in their Body, Mind and Soul (wild wild self-love!)
Marte calls her way of working "Sensual Shadow-Work": this is a body-of-work she created 5 years ago and is the result of her unique wide-set mix of studies//qualifications and experience, of mixing somatic with mindset, and of combining spirituality with a rational sense yet deeply anchored first and foremost to the feminine wisdom of Intuition and connection to the body.
