This page is about the private retreats I offer; private meaning you come alone, with your partner or a friend - or with your own selected group. The space is yours only and is shaped around you and your process. Retreats are held in English or Norwegian, and require that you understand one of these languages well enough. Options range from a few hours to 5 days.

The Retreat includes:

Bodywork with Healing hands. This includes techniques from Spinal attunement - working with the Spinal wave (Kundalini) and Meridians - as well as Fascia release, De-armoring, TRE (Tremor release) and 5 Element Theory.

The use of Psychic Senses to support Emotional release and Energy work. Feeling, seeing and sensing what is alive in your body and field

Somatic Therapy to allow blockages to move through - tension, emotion and old protection patterns released through using the body's own language.

Energy Healing on the Subtle bodies - unveiling the core wounds from past lives, childhood and ancestral patterns.

Mindset Healing to upgrade the ego/mind - into accepting the transformation, and becoming supportive of your process

Gentle Breathwork to soften, ground and open the body

Can also include Human Design and Gene Keys reading & guidance - offering insight into your unique energetic blueprint.

Ceremonial Cacao is part of the retreat - and for the longer options, food and snacks are also included.

PRICES & ALTERNATIVES

All prices below are for one person. If you come as a couple or group, the price might be a bit higher; I will give price quote upon request.

Included in the price is serving of Ceremonial Cacao and tea.

You are free to bring your own snack and food.

For the alternatives lasting more than one day, food is also included; fruit snacks and meal(s).

Food is gluten and dairy free, with focus on Organic and local produce. It can also be made Vegan, Vegetarian etc.

Please note: if you have a severe allergy, I might not be able to guarantee any food being completely free from traces. You are free to bring (or prepare) your own food if you prefer this.

Full Day of 5 hours: 4500 NOK

 

 

2 Days Realignment:

 

We set the schedule in accordance with your travel & accommodation plans - in total we spend 8 hours in Session work.

3 Days Transformation:

 

 We have a gentle start with Cacao & mapping your Energy the first day, with focus on creating safety and connection. Arrival is usually between 5 and 6 pm, and we have 3 hours the first day.

Followed by a full day of 8 hours, where we dive deeper into Body, Mind and Soul.

The last day we close with 3 hours; the focus is on harvest and integration. Departure by Noon.

4 days deep Transformation:

 

When you want to break stubborn patterns and dive deep into your subconscious to uncover your Gifts waiting in the shadows.

We have a gentle start with Cacao & mapping your Energy the first day, with focus on creating safety and connection.

Followed by 2 full days of Session work.

On the last day we focus on harvest and integration so you can continue building transformational momentum the next weeks, months and years.

5 days Metamorphosis:

 

This is a once-in-a-lifetime experience offered only a few times a year, and only available as a stay-at-the-property experience (for at least 3 of the nights): We live, eat, breathe, walk, laugh, cry & experience together - rituals, sea baths, sauna and more.

Leave fully refreshed with a newfound, lasting connection to your authentic Self.

This option can also includes a 3-4 hour visit to The Well (Luxury SPA 30 min away)

All the Retreats are adjusted and planned according to your energy & intention.

 

All facilitation is Trauma-informed. That does not mean meek or shallow - it means to make sure your system does not go into overwhelm or other trauma responses. It means to make sure we stay within your individual capacity; so the work continues to unfold when you get home.

You fill out an extensive intake form before we begin. We have check-ins all the way through - and I read your system and energy. Your capacity leads the way. Sometimes this calls for softness and love in gentle ways. Sometimes for more intense challenges to meet the very edges of your comfort zone. And never beyond what your system can hold and integrate; so the transformation is sustainable and yours to keep deepening on your own.

This retreat reaches beyond the retreat itself. You leave with more than an experience - you leave with tools and knowledge and a deeper connection and awe of your own beautiful energy. And let's be clear; the retreat opens the portal - a potent catalyst. But the real work of the transformation happens in your everyday life.
