Overview of the current courses I offer

All the courses below are available to do as a private experience - both online and in person, and also as a mixed experience, with some online and some in-person.

They all have an online portal with video transmissions, contemplations, breathwork, somatic scripts, rituals etc.

I run (most of) the courses as an online group-experience as well. There is often a bit of time in between each round, so if you see I am about to run a new round: now is the time to sign up!

You are also encouraged to ask if you feel the call to join a group-experience; sometimes that is the invitation that spurs into launching a new round!

Several new courses are also on the way; all though there is no exact time, as I follow the natural flow of then it is ready to be birthed into the World

This course will revolutionize your shadow-work & healing in the most beautiful way. Its focus is on what perhaps many are missing on their healing journey? To bridge the Body and Mind

The Core has 22 self activations addressing the main subjects and shadows I see most miss on their healing journey when it comes to the ego mind; even those on this path 15-20+ years in.

That`s why I recommend The Core to everyone. Either as an addition to (a) Session(s) with me, or as a full program with regular Sessions.

After completing it, you will have gained the possibility for increased Sensuality, ignited self-love in the ego mind, and put you on the path of welcoming self-illumination through activation of The Higher Mind.

It is a "top-down" approach (since the focus is the ego mind), yet the content very much includes "bottom-up" (embodiment) tools, exploration and concepts. Because it is not either or?

A Core principle in Sensual Shadow-work principle is the Mind as a loving supporter, and this catalyzes the healing journey to being less about pain and suffering, and more about ease, joy and aliveness
