SENSUAL SHADOW-WORK
Is my body-of-work that is coming alive in and through me since 2020. It is grounded in Intuition, and supported with my extensive educations and experience.
WHY?
Because I believe Shadow-work is one of the most powerful tools there is, as I perceive Healing as the discovery of the shadows & darkness (as in the patterns) that`s shrouding your authentic expression
TO BE SENSUAL
is to be present and aware of the sensations in your body, and thus aligned with your Heart & Soul: because our senses is how our Intuition speaks to us, and the barometer to what's happening inside of us (our Soma)
1:1 Sessions
You can work with Marte both online and in-person. She does Sessions in English and in Norwegian (Norsk). You can come for an individual Session, and you can work with her on long term basis.
Courses
Marte holds workshops & courses both online and in-person. She offers Courses you can do in your own, as well as an group experience. In October a new course starts with the topic of Anger, Passion & Boundaries.

Because healing is to remember that nothing was every wrong with you in the first place?
No parts of you needs to be fixed - because you are not broken. No aspects of you needs to be suppressed, outcast or forced. No parts of you are too much, and you are never not enough
SHADOWS
are not the enemy, but the result of pain, confusion and intensity you could not handle and often originates in your childhood.
Any and every shadows are misunderstood expression of your natural gifts- always.
With understanding ("light") these aspects have the opportunity to transform so they can shine & be for your highest good.
