This is a trauma informed course, however it is not cultivated in a 1:1 setting, in addition to shadow-work is per definition to trigger in order to gain transformation. Thus this course will bring up big elements: emotional, physical, psychological. Many of the emotions may be joyous and pleasurable, whilst others may be more dense and therefore also having an equal big release/transformation.
