Please note that there is a consent form within the course that is required for you to sign in order to gain access to the material. If you are not comfortable with the form, you can ask (and will receive) a refund.

Upon purchase you agree that you are in a mentally, emotionally and physically well enough position to dive into your shadows and for triggers to arise.

This is a trauma informed course, however it is not cultivated in a 1:1 setting, in addition to shadow-work is per definition to trigger in order to gain transformation. Thus this course will bring up big elements: emotional, physical, psychological. Many of the emotions may be joyous and pleasurable, whilst others may be more dense and therefore also having an equal big release/transformation.

You understand that this course does NOT replace therapy or medical help and, if necessary, you have the right modes of support around you alongside this course.
