This is a trauma informed course, however it is not cultivated in a 1:1 setting, in addition to shadow-work is per definition to trigger in order to gain transformation. Many of the emotions may be joyous and pleasurable, whilst others may be more dense and therefore also having an equal big release/transformation.

You understand that this course does NOT replace therapy or medical help and, if necessary, you have the right modes of support around you alongside this course.
